Feedback is a powerful tool but is often misused or inappropriately deliveredPersonal feedback helps to make us more aware of what we do and how we do it, which increases our ability to modify and change our behaviour and to become more effective in our interactions with others.

This workshop is designed to provide delegates with the skillsconfidence and knowledge to both give and receive feedback effectively

What Will You Learn?

By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Understand the value of feedback in developing yourself and others

• Give feedback confidently to others in a positive and effective way. 

• Receive feedback from others, analyse it and make decisions about how to use it.

• Use feedback skills to improve relationships and selfawareness

Workshop Content

During this 3 hour high-impact session, attendees will improve their ability to both give and receive feedback and also understand the value of feedback in developing others.

• Understanding feedback – The Johari Window

• Role and purpose of feedback in business

• A structure to deliver feedback

• Communicating feedback using body language and verbal skills

• Receiving and accepting feedback

• The ability to challenge feedback

• Listening and observation skills

• Using constructive feedback to develop individuals

What’s the refund policy?

You can cancel a booking for an event as a Business, Gold or Silver member of Zing365 as follows;

  • Cancel 10 working days or more before the event – You are permitted to transfer to an alternative event as part of your membership sessions. 
  • Cancel less than 10 working days before the event and the event counts as one of your membership sessions. 

No refunds or transfers will be given for non-attendance.    

You can cancel a booking for an event as a fee-paying attendee, to include Zing365 Bronze members as follows;

  • Cancel 28+ days before the course – Full refund of course fee or option to transfer to an alternative event
  • Cancel 11-28 days before the course – 75% of course fee will be refunded or option to transfer to an alternative event
  • Cancel 1-10 days before the course – No refund will be permitted and you are unable to transfer to an alternative event
