Momentum is a fast-growing network of general insurance–focused appointed representatives, supporting 107 AR firms.
As a network, Momentum carries significant responsibility — not only to support broker development, but to demonstrate ongoing competence, supervision, and learning quality across its members in line with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) expectations.
In 2025, Momentum partnered with Zing365 to deliver a fully white-labelled CPD and learning solution — giving Momentum confidence in its regulatory oversight, while allowing member firms genuine ownership of how their people learn and develop.
The partnership is led by Steve Walton, Quality & Compliance Director, who joined Momentum in 2023 after seven years as a compliance consultant.

The Challenge
Before Zing365, Momentum had been using an established provider for several years. On the surface, the system appeared functional. In practice, confidence in it had steadily eroded.
Key issues included:
