We provide SCORM files in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and TINCAN formats. Please let us know your LMS requirements during the agreement process.

We can convert SCORM 1.2 content to SCORM 2004 upon request. Please provide notice so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Our process involves:

Agreement on the required libraries and number of licenses.
Testing a sample SCORM file on your LMS.
Signing a Content Licensing Order form.
Setting up your company in our system (BrightOffice & Xero).
Delivering SCORM files and assigning licenses.
Ongoing support and updates.

How long does it take to receive the SCORM files after signing the contract?

Typically, SCORM files are delivered within one week of signing the contract.

How long do licenses last?

Licenses are valid for 365 days from the date the SCORM files are delivered.

Can I test a SCORM file before signing the contract?

Answer

Yes, we provide a test SCORM file to ensure compatibility with your LMS before finalizing the contract.

How will I receive the SCORM files?

Answer

SCORM files are shared via WeTransfer. You will receive an email with a link to download the files, which will be available for three days.

If any purchased SCORM files are missing, we will ensure they are uploaded to our system before delivery.

Can additional licenses be added after purchase?

Yes, additional licenses can be assigned upon request.

Yes, if you have licensed an entire content library, you will receive any newly released courses within that library.

If a new course is directly related to one you previously purchased (e.g., Part 2 of a course series), we will notify you about its availability.

How do I sign the contract?

The Content Licensing Order form can be signed electronically, and some clients prefer using DocuSign for this process.

How is invoicing handled?

Once the contract is signed, we generate an invoice through BrightOffice and Xero and send it to you.

Payment details will be provided on the invoice, and we accept bank transfers and other standard payment methods.
