This course is designed to give the learner an insight into the requirements of the Bribery Act 2010, and the actions that should be considered by organisations to ensure compliance. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of the broad detail of the Act and will be able to demonstrate examples of possible measures put in place by firms to prevent a breach of the Act, along with being able to understand the implications of breaching the Act.
