Description

This module focuses on developing effective communication and influencing skills of managers.It will show how to be more confident communicators and influence others, with greater skill and confidence. It will also help them to have a positive awareness of their own personality and their impact on others.

Be confidence, clear and assertive in day-to-day communication
Recognise the benefits of successfully influencing people
Identify the difference between passive, assertive and aggressive behaviour
