By the end of the course the participants will:

Know the key features and context of the Equality Act 2010
Be able to list types of discrimination and protected characteristics
Be able to discuss the impact of the Equality Act on colleagues, on their organisation and on working life
Be able to produce a brief plan to review equality in their workplace and, where required, an action list to implement measures for improvement
