This course provides an overview of Contract Certainty. This principle has been a constant theme since the regulation of general insurance was introduced, and the FCA has continued to focus upon it during their tenure.Objectives

By the end of the course you should have an understanding of what Contract Certainty is and the effect it has on insurance policy wordings, and you will have an appreciation of technical terms used within insurance policies with regard to Contract Certainty. We will look also at the Code of Practice with regard to Contract Certainty.
