This module is focused on your role as an effective leader. We’ll review leadership in practice and identify / review your personal leadership styles and how different styles will have an impact on your team.
We’ll also look at the difference between leadership and management and help you gain a thorough understanding of the roles, qualities and requirements of effective leaders and how to get the maximum commitment from others.
The session has a very practical focus making it easy for managers to put things into practice and good effect back in the workplace as they develop and use skills and techniques to maximise the benefits of effective leadership in practice.
