This module focuses on developing effective communication skills across a variety of mediums. It will also help you to have a positive awareness of your own personality and the impact you have on others.
This course will explore the impact that our communication has on others, utilising the Insights Discovery © Model to identify the best methods of communication to the people that we meet daily. We will also identify the impact that verbal and non-verbal communication has on others, and explore the barriers that are faced when communicating, to help make the right choice based on the message that is being communicated.
