Description

This high-level awareness session introduces the concept of neurodiversity and explores how individuals who think and process information differently can bring unique strengths to the workplace. Participants will gain a better understanding of common neurodivergent conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others, including how these may affect communication, behaviour, and working styles.
