The Context
CLEAR has grown significantly over the past 25 years, expanding primarily through mergers and acquisitions.
As new businesses joined the group, each brought their own systems and approaches to learning and development. While individual entities operated effectively, learning infrastructure was decentralised across the wider organisation.
When Gemma Lloyd joined in July 2023 as Group Head of Talent, she identified an opportunity to centralise learning and build greater consistency across the group. Following the successful delivery of this transformation, she was promoted to People Director in November 2024.
The Opportunity
CLEAR’s continued acquisition-led growth created a clear objective:

As an advanced regulated firm, CLEAR already operated within a strong compliance framework. The focus was on strengthening oversight, improving efficiency and ensuring long-term scalability.
Why Zing365
CLEAR undertook a structured RFP process, inviting selected providers to tender.
The brief required a genuine one-stop learning management solution capable of supporting:
