Introduction

David Roberts & Partners (DR&P) is a specialist insurance broker operating within the wider BMS Group, supporting a growing and increasingly complex business. With ongoing acquisitions and a workforce that continues to expand, DR&P needed a CPD and learning approach that could scale — without losing sight of people, culture, and quality.

Since July 2025, DR&P has partnered with Zing365, adopting a white-labelled Total CPD solution supported by a fully managed service. Today, more than 500 users are active on the platform, with numbers growing each month as the business continues to acquire new brokers.

The Challenge
