Description

This module focuses on developing effective communication skills across a variety of mediums. It will also help you to have a positive awareness of your own personality and the impact you have on others.

Not all conversations can be positive, and this module will help you prepare for challenging conversations, resolve any conflict and achieve a great outcome for both parties.
