Description

In this module, delegates will discover effective ways to setting goals and adhering to the goals. The course will examine methods to help support whether the risk goals and tasks are being conducted to help manage time effectively.

Delegates will also understand how to maintain focus, particular in the sight of barriers and consistent pushbacks.

Finally, delegates will understand what being ‘gritty’ is all about, and explore ways on how to build upon their intrapersonal skills to form ‘grit’.

Understand the importance of self-motivation, whilst identifying stressors that stop it
Recognise way to set boundaries and keep good habits
