This course is designed to provide the learner with an overview of the concept of Conduct Risk as applied to the provision of general insurance products and services and what the FCA require of firms transacting business in paying due regard to this area of governance. Objectives

At the end of the course you will be able to:

Explain the concept of conduct risk
Demonstrate an understanding of what insurers, brokers and other bodies transacting business within general insurance need to achieve with regard to good customer outcomes
Understand how the FCA view this concept and what they require of firms.
