Description

The session concentrates on the law of contract and agency. The session will help you identify the essentials of a contract for one to be valid, and the law applies to insurance contracts. You will also recognise what happens when an agent is involved in the distribution of insurance, including the roles and responsibilities of the agent.

Objectives
