Negotiating is a valuable skills that is used in so many scenarios (in both professional and personal settings!) This course will explore the mechanics behind being a great negotiator so that you will be able to understand the other person to not only work in collaboration, but with your clients, too. The course will help you identify your preferred negotiation style, when they are best used and help you move appropriately to achieve the best possible scenario / solution.
