Property is a wide-ranging subject within the insurance market and covers everything tangible that a policy holder values.This course takes a deep dive into the world of land and property (buildings). We will be looking at the different types of property that can be insured together with the legal and moral obligations of landlords and tenants with the legislation relating to being an owner or landlord of property.We will also look into the policy wording of property & let property insurance, what will be covered; excluded and the conditions, warranties & endorsements that may be applied.We will then look at how claims may be settled, and the consequences of not having the correct cover in place.
