The Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012 changed the way insurers and consumers share information – and it has direct implications for brokers. This introductory webinar is designed to give brokers a clear, practical understanding of what CIDRA means in day-to-day client relationships.Over the course of one hour, we’ll explore the purpose of the Act, the key changes it introduced, and the impact on disclosure and misrepresentation in consumer insurance.
