Insurance Essentials: Introduction to Products Liability

We probably don’t think about product liability insurance as cover is usually provided under public liability. But how often do we actively talk about it to our clients, brokers or insurers? Is it a risk that you’re clearly able to recognise and understand the mechanics? If not, then this course is for you. During this course, we will look at the mechanics of products liability, product recall and product guarantee. We will also look at how insurers developed this cover, and how liable can arise from those requiring product liability.
