Zero Discrimination Day - Unconscious bias in the workplace

The session will give you an overview of unconscious bias. We will explore why they happen, where they come from, the different forms they can take and the impacts and influences they have in the workplace.We will gain awareness on the wider implications it has in relation to Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and identify the steps necessary to manage unconscious bias from impacting decision-making.
