This course will explain what constitutes financial crime and how it affects you and your employer. You will also learn how you personally (as well as your employer) can be legally liable for committing a criminal offence, which may be punishable by imprisonment, if you to fail to report knowledge of, or even a suspicion of any type of financial crime.Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Understand why awareness of financial crime is important to your organisation
Have an awareness of the different areas of legislation to which firms are subject concerning financial crime
Understand the influence of the regulator concerning detection and prevention of financial crime within authorised firms
