This is a Just-in-Time training video offering an overview of NFM, for those in Management and Senior Positions.

For all other conduct rules employees, check out our course Just in Time- Non-financial Misconduct. We also recommend all Managers and SMF's undertake that training first as it sets the foundation for this course.

Objectives

Understand what non-financial misconduct is and what behaviour falls within scope.
Be able to explain your personal accountability as a manager or SMF holder under the new rules.
Describe what reasonable steps look like in practice and how to respond when misconduct occurs.
