Description

This module session is designed for managers and those involved in business projects as a manager, project leader or as part of a project team.

The course is tailored to reflect the types of business projects that delegates get involved in as a manager in your organisation. It will reflect their experience in being involved in or running projects.

The session has a very practical focus making it easy for managers to put things into practice and good effect back in the workplace as they develop and use processes, skills and tools to successfully manage projects.

Objectives

Identify key challenges raised in managing projects
Develop and manage project plans, identifying preventative and contingent actions
Develop effective reporting and tracking processes
Monitor project implementation and manage changes
Recognise how to control and report on a project
Understand how to effectively close a project
